About the opportunity (We do not offer relocation for this role)
Are you up for playing a vital role in an exciting start-up?
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our headquarters in Amsterdam to take our product to the next level. From understanding your users to delivering the right solution, you will take full ownership of your product and the product development process. You will get to work closely with a group of highly motivated and skilled engineers, designers, data scientists, as well as other stakeholders in and outside the company.

What will you do
- Prioritize new product ideas and features, and improvements to existing features
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Leadership to triage the product development roadmap
- Identify opportunities and execute on them through an iterative process of building, testing and reflection
- Drive the ideation and scoping process of new product ideas and features
- Ensure timely product releases where speed and quality are balanced with the maturity of the feature, in close collaboration with engineering
- Own the feedback and product iteration cycle to deliver the right solutions
- Develop and track relevant product KPIs to measure product impact
- Motivate your cross-functional team to execute excellently and contribute to overall team happiness
Who are you
- You are not afraid to balance experience and process with being fast and fearless. You have worked in small teams and are unafraid to take bold decisions.
- BSc/BA minimum, 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Experience in product strategy and the full cycle of software product development (from ideation to product launch)
- Analytical thinker with experience using data to solve business problems
- Ability to balance your gut feeling to speed up development of cutting-edge features and use research and data to grow and reflect on mature features
- Experience in developing products based on data and artificial intelligence is highly welcomed.
- Experience in working in agriculture and dairy farming sector is a plus
